Well, yeah, I've got some big plans in store following somethings that happened to me; no not "I'm leaving art forever!" big, but something that made me realize what I've always wanted to do stands out against what I'm doing. I'm not going to say what it is just yet, since I still got to get everything set-up, but I do plan on adding in my art to it.

Anyways, I still haven't given up on drawing in case anyone was wondering. Truth of the matter is that I've been making a tattoo for a friend which I will be posting on here in addition to sending it to her.

Anyways that was all that I was wanting to say. I'm not dead, not even close; just been going through some things.

... and discovered things that you had no idea you even owed, much less seen in almost 1,00 years? Yeah, that's me today with my Favourites. Don't quite know why I choose today to do this when yesterday would have worked so much better (because cutting into your school time by doing worthless stuff is always a good idea). However, I've realized that its a MUCH bigger job than I was expecting, so its going to take a few days to 'clean out my closet' and get everything back in place, what with the organizing and determining what stays and what goes. Oy Vey!

In other news...

I'm still drawing, so there's going to be an update. Maybe even a big one. Just got to actually make the art before I can post it.

Well, for those who don't know, Easter Sunday in Washington and Seattle is when Sakura-Con, one of the largest anime convention in the northwest, happens. I went to this one (in case you didn't read the title) and I've been going since 2009, which has made it into my go to event for the year, the one thing that I try to not miss. And this is the point of this journal.

You see, Sakura-Con always seems to lift my spirits and give me the cause for concern. And because of that, I sort of hold Sakura-Con in a special place.

With that out of the way, I want to point out the recent changes that came about from this Sakura-Con. One of the reasons why I bought a premium account (aside from the critiques) is to gain access to a name change. I wasn't always happy with the name 'HereComeTheRooster5' and I always wanted to change it to something else. This Sakura-Con, I finale settled on the name 'ExplositionRooster5' (props if you know where I came up with 'Explosition'). Another wonderful byproduct of Sakura-Con is that it has given me the urge to get up and draw. Yes, the zest of life is now back and I will be updating every Friday from now on.

Also, I plan on going to Sakura-Con 2014 and a humanized Solider Pig from Angry Birds.

Your Title - version 2.0

sub-title

So I got some money for Christmas (as I'm sure some of you do) and I got to wondering what I could spend it (because I have absolutely no skills with money or how to manage it).
At first, I wanted to buy Minecraft (perfectly understandable, seeing as how I love that game) but then I got to thinking: Say, I've always wanted to have a Premium account in DeviantArt.

True, I could have spent it on other things. More useful things, but I've made my choice and I won't regret it.
